Year 8 Drama

Recent production of Teen People by our Year 8 students.
Drama at St. Anthony's is still a very important part of our students' curriculum.  Our Year 8 students recently treated us to a wonderful performance of 'Teen People':

Mark Rees’ ‘Teen People’ is set in a Teen Camp of the future, where teenagers are sent by the government to learn how to be "better human beings". A group of “Teen People” reflect on their lives and yearn for something better on the outside.

Our Year 8 cast were outstanding in developing the concepts for this performance and after the play they delivered a Q&A session for the Senior House boys. This allowed the younger audience members the opportunity to discuss and increase their understanding of the world, the characters and the social/political themes surrounding the play.
