St. Anthony's Girl's School is the exciting new sister school opened this academic year, and aims to mirror the success of St. Anthony's Boy. The schools will share the educational quality and ethos currently experienced by the boys. Separately both the girl’s and boy’s schools value the benefit of single sex education; however now they can also share in the advantages that co-educational activities can offer.  The schools foster close links through sharing sporting events, assemblies and clubs. Currently the Reception class girls visit the boy’s school every Wednesday for ‘play dates’ while the Year 3 girls taking First Communion share these classes with the boy’s in the Junior House.
Located on North End Road, Ivy House is a magnificent three storey building with a beautiful façade overlooking Golders Hill Park. It is the former home of the London Jewish Cultural Centre and of the prima ballerina, Anna Pavlova and was also at one time occupied by the painter, JMW Turner.
The new school will educate girls from age 4-11, this first year it has opened as a two-form entry school. Classes in Reception and Year 3 will opened in September 2016 and growth will be organic after that, with Year 1 and Year 4 opening in September 2017 and so on.
Under the headship of Laura Martin the Girl’s School looks set to become a great success and, just like St. Anthony’s Boys, be both academic and caring, setting high educational standards as well as being deeply focused on nurturing the individual, developing respect and creating an environment in which kindness is a core value.
